Metrics collection delays

Resolved

For a couple of hours between 11-08 22:15:00 - 11-09 00:50:00 UTC the metrics cluster was overloaded, causing metrics collection to be intermittently delayed by several minutes. This resulted in partial results for queries on the most recent data. Additional capacity has now been added and the cluster is once again stable.
